We contacted Honda Motorcycles Menlyn, since our service booklet disappeared. Without any problems, Lidia confirmed that she will assist in providing a new services booklet. She kept us in the loop the whole time with continuous feedback and had a friendly and helpful attitude. Her 'I will help you no matter what' attitude is a very good testimony to Honda and a very good example to other aftersales personnel.
