Hi so i expected my parcel to arrive yesterday, which it did. But only 2 of the 6 parcels with the same waybill arrive. The shipping cost which was 1182dollars (R12058) with that type of money spent you'd expect proper service. Instead you get to wait 30-mins at the airport, to get told oh sorry we lost your parcel and don't know where it is, But i'll call you tomorrow.
It is tomorrow and well past 10am no call no feedback.
