On Friday I logged a collection with DHL and gave the person on the phone all the shipping details and left the parcel with security as agreed. I arrive to the office on Monday to find the parcel still here and DHL came and went but didn't take the parcel as there were no waybills. This is AFTER I logged the collection and informed them that there were no waybills and I'm told the dispatch person forgot to give the driver the waybills and now I have lost 2 days on an important shipment that's time sensitive and has a LONG way to travel to get to Gatwick, UK on time.
