Lost parcel - no response

I requested Postnet Raslouw Lifestyle Centurion to send a parcel to Windhoek on Saturday 02 Nov 2013. Paid R230.00 for an overnight DHL courier service and was advised that the parcel should arrive in Windhoek on Tuesday, 05 November 2013. I did not, so I tracked it on the website on Wednesday, and it stated that I needed to contact them. So I did. An investigation was opened as to where the parcel was, as "there is a problem with this parcel". I was given a call reference: 06228924556. 24 hours later, no response, so I phoned again... I spent nearly half an hour on the phone just to be told that they have no idea where my parcel is and I was requested to send a copy of the waybill as they apparently had no record of this either. I sent the requested email at around lunchtime today and supplied my contact number once again! I sent a follow-up request after 16h00... NO RESPONSE STILL!!!
