LOST PARCEL

MY PARCEL WAS TRACKED AT THE EMS JETPARK, WITH A TRACKING NUMBER.
THE STAFF AT EMS SAID THE SYSTEM SHOWS THAT MY PARCEL DID ARRIVE, BUT THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE DID NOT SCAN THE PARCEL AS IT CAME IN.

IT IS NOW ALREADY 2 MONTHS, AND STILL NO PARCEL!!!

I ALSO DON'T GET ANY FEEDBACK FROM THEM AND HAVE INSISTED TO BE REIMBURSED FOR MY PACKAGE, BUT STILL... NO FEEDBACK!!!
