I had a parcel on my way which was supposed to arrive on Wednesday the 14th Aug 2013.
I couldnt wait so requested to use the same day delivery. Unfortunately the parcel had already been collected and sorted out for eco delivery for Wednesday.
This is where the awesome Kalahari kicked in. They called Berco Express and tried their best to re allocate the parcel for same day delivery (This was at 2pm!). Although they didnt succeed to reallocate to same day delivery, they managed to redirect it to overnight shipping for me to receive the next day before lunch. Guess what! tomorrow (Friday 9th Aug 2013) is a public holiday!
So they've actually managed to help me receive my parcel on a public holiday with no excess payment!
Kalahari thank you very much for your effort and you have just won a loyal customer!!
