I bought my 2009 Pajero Sport from United motors in May 2012 and received excellent service. The vehicle had a kilometre reading of 82 000km and I requested to extend the maintenance and service plan with another 100 000km. This policy was sold to me by the United Motors consultant at that time and I paid the amount of R 16 720 and received the policy. On the policy it was clearly indicated that this plan is valid until 183 000km. My vehicle was regularly serviced on the required intevals at United Motors in Secunda. On 23 April 2013 I took my vehicle for the 110 000km service and was informed that the consultant that sold me the policy made a mistake and suddenly Liquid Capital (subscriber of the policy) wanted to revise the policy to a 150 000km plan. The consultant at Secunda United Motors even crossed out the 183 000km written on the signed original copy of the policy and wrote 150 000km. After being forced to cancel the policy, I was informed that I would be refunded - I made several enquiries and get the run around and have to date not received my refund. I had to service my vehicle yesterday at United Motors and had to pay R 5671. I want my refund paid!
