I bought a Nissan Navara about 2 years ago from Nissan Bruma. The sales agent was Chris Bouwer. The vehicle did not have a spare key and I expressed my dissatisfaction. Chris then proceeded to assure me that he would get me one and that it was no problem. I have sent him countless emails and phoned him numerous times and every time he promissed to get me the key. When I finally lost my patience, he told me his boss said he cannot provide me with the spare key. As a matter of principle I feel very unfairly treated. It seems Chris had no intention of getting me the key, he was more interested in getting the vehicle of the floor.
