Unwillingness to assist

My wife bought a car for our son, a toyota avanza from Auto Exrteme in Silverton. He took delivery of the vehicle 2013-05-17. on tuesday the following week he went back to the dealership with a list of things we were unhappy with. It was fairly minor things. windscreen had a chip, car was due for a service, aircon has gone, front brakes needed to be replaced, flat battery and a minor dent at the rear of the vehicle. he was met with utter unproffessional behaviour. The sales person told him that they will not fix any of the above mentioned faults. we serviced the vehicle in the same week, with our money. He went back a on a daily basis to the dealership and eventually spoke the manager/owner and was told the same thing. Monday 2013-06-04 smoke was coming from the engine compartment. He went back to the dealeship and they said they would come back to him. On Tuesday the car just went dead. We had the car towed on a flatbed towtruck to the dealership. I spoke to the manager/owner and he told me that the chip was never there when they sold the vehicle and that he wont replace the brakes. We ended up towing the vehicle to Toyota Lynwood for it to be assesed.
