We bought a Pajero DID 3.2 L from Basie, (Cell # 072 053 3978) at Choice Motors in Tzaneen in Late August 2012. We were offered an extended pre-owned warranty which we took out at Innovation Insurance, Under written by Absa. Policy # AUW 82888875. I had the vehicle serviced in December, before going on Holiday by Ockert Maritz. (Cell. # 071 883 0836). In January 2013, I had the wheel bearing replaced by previously mentioned Ockert Maritz, who did a sterling job. He advised me to take the vehicle to a Mitsubishi dealer as it had an engine noise. Knowing that I took out an extended warranty, I took the vehicle to Mercurius Motors in Tzaneen, for a quotation. After trying for at least a week to get my policy document, I eventually succeeded to hand it over to Mercurius Motors, in order for them to proceed with the repairs to the car. Apparently it needed the diesel injectors to be replaced. I was however informed by the insurer, (Tel. # 011 790 5100) that I needed a pre-delivery service invoice from Choice Motors, or that I had to to have it serviced myself, 30 days after the purchase of the vehicle, as was stated in the policy document, which I received only six weeks ago.
