I took out a service plan with Liquid Capital in July 2012 for 120 000km - 150 000km. The plan expired in September 2013 and to my surprise I was informed that I still need to continue paying for the cover for 2 more years. Here is the problem I have with this: When I took out the cover, these terms and conditions were not communicated to me. Why is it that I am only informed of this when the policy has expired? Secondly, I have not yet received any policy documentation (which I have requested on numerous occasions). One-and-a-half years later I have still not received a policy number either! Liquid Capital need to explain how this operates as it doesn't make any sense to me at all.
The customer service is also pathetic to say the least. I have worked in a call centre long enough to know that when I make a commitment to get back to a customer with feedback, I am expected to do just that. I have spoken to Innocentia (customer care) as well as Jade (cancellations) who both committed that they would get back to me regarding my query, but have not. What is even more frustrating is that every time I call the call centre I get someone different and have to repeat everything I said before
