Take Your Money But Never Pay for a Service!

This is the second time that Liquid Capital have rudely refused to pay for a service. The first time they came with a story that I had skipped a payment which my bank statements show that all debit orders to them have always been successful.

Yesterday I called to enquire about a major service to replace my cars cambelt. According to the dealer this is done on or before 100 000km the car is now on 96 000km. The rude call center agent informed me that this could not be done as the car had passed the 90 000km service. When I asked what do I do now her response was "NOW WE DONT PAY! " Obviously I requested to cancel the policy.

They agreed in the policy when they sold it in 2011 that they cover the cambelt service and all other services. They have never mentioned that if I miss a service they do not pay. And for the record I did not miss the service I had the car serviced myself since they did not want to pay the last time! It is like having a medical aid to go for a check up and when you go the medical says they wont pay because you are 28 and you missed your 25 check up so you have to now wait for your 30 checkup!

I never received documents ever stating these T's &C's!
