So i have a service plan with you guys and i paid -R10 000, i only managed to do two services and cambelt and it just expires before i can do my last service, this is unethical as you made more profit than me actually doing a 3rd service as its a 40 000km service plan, i asked the consultant if i could please extend it for a few kms so that i can actually do my last service and she says no i must take another policy and pay R11300 for a 60 000km policy, this is a major ripp off, can someone assist so that i can do my last service, their are many other companies that offer better service.
