My card was supposed to be delivered to me between 8am and 10am. Which has not happened. No one has picked up a phone to contact me. I followed up and was told that the driver would be here by no later than 15:30, which has not happened. I called a few times and was told that they are unable to get hold of the driver. Still no one contacted me, I keep calling them. Now I get told by the manager, Nadia, the driver will be here in 5min, lets see. However the department now suddenly are not answering their phone... FNB have told me im not the first customer to complain about CCD's service
