I ordered a pizza online, when the driver delivered he delivered the wrong pizza and I was sleeping so my husband did not realize that it was the wrong pizza. When I woke up I phoned them to ask them to deliver the correct pizza. I was told its on the way. Then I get a call from the manager to say the driver is outside and we must please open. The driver was not at our house. The manager told me I must phone the driver to explain where we live, he has been at my house before to deliver so I said no she must phone her driver. The manager never returned my call. I phoned her back 10 minutes later and she said the driver is outside. I told her he was not outside, then she told me the driver is not listening and he is outside. Then she said she would phone him again. Once again she didn't phone me back. When I phoned back and asked to speak to the manager I get passed on to the driver who tells me he is the manager and then he tells me that he was outside my house and I wouldn't open. I told him that I was outside the whole time and he wasn't at my house. I told him I want to speak to the manager and the manager would not help me as she was doing her cashing up. This is ridiculous.
