Placed an order for food. The operator said it would take about 30-40min. After 40min I called to find out about the order and the phone operator said it was on its way and that the driver had left already... It takes no longer than 5min to drive from that branch to my house. After another 10min elapsed I called again. She said she would call the driver, and so I waited for a response... No feedback.. @ 1hr and 20min I called again and asked how long on average a delivery would take and was told 40min.. I then explained that I had now waited 1hr20min... Double the delivery time and was understandably, hungry, irritated and upset... I explained to the phone operator that the time was unsatisfactory and she just said I'm sorry will speak to the manager... In which time I was put on hold... I was then told that I must wait another 15 min and the driver would be there... I reminded her it takes 5min to get to my house and she told me it was the best she could do... I would have waited 1hr 35min for an order that I was told would be delivered to in 40min. I cancel the order. Last time I try order from them.
