After not receiving a phone call from CCD Couriers to make arrangement to deliver my new FNB Bank Card, I eventually decided to call them to ask where my card is. I was told it will be delivered the next day, guess what? still no card!
Then I call them yesterday to ask where it is again and they said they will track the driver and call me back in 10 minutes. Guess what? No call.
So I call again about 4 hours later asking again..where is the driver? They said he will be there in 8 minutes. Guess what? I waited at work for an hour OVERTIME and guess what?? STILL NO CARD!!
I am fed up with CCD Couriers and their lack of service!!!
