Imagine my surprise receiving a call from a complete stranger who says the Fastway driver has given him my parcel, because he's mistaken the address and despite being told it was the wrong location seemed insistent they should hold onto it. When I asked the Calling Customer agent to ask the driver where he dropped my parcel, her response was their phone lines are down and they are unable to make contact with the driver? WTH! I sent their managing director and operations manager an email, but no response, no explanation, no trace of an apology. Courier services don't come cheap and then with Fastway you still have to arrange with a good samaritan to collect it yourself. Besides being incredibly slow with long transit times, their Tracking and Notification setup is not user friendly. You have to arrange your life around them, because they don't call to establish if someone will be home and they seem unable to give a delivery window, so you are not force to spend all day waiting for the driver to drop off your parcel. Fortunately the stranger who was given my parcel, was honest and saw that it was a mistake and contacted me and I was able to reclaim my parcel from him. Fastway got lucky this time
