What happened to customer service?

My name is Theron and I am a client with FNB, a new Business Client for that matter. I have been waiting for my card since 2 weeks ago and I urgently need the card. The courier company FNB uses delivered the card while at work and the guy juste left after they told me I was out of the office, but the same building. I was expecting the delivery but time was not specified so I was busy with work. I normally receive a phone call from the driver when they deliver stuff. Rustenburg is far for the driver to return with the parcel. I call and call, no help at all. I called today and Nkepile (I am sorry to hang up on her), really tried to do all she could do, but my card is now scheduled for May 28> Like, are you serious FNB? I need my card by Wednesday next week...
