I was interested in buying a 2013 i10 which was on special. My finance was approved on Thursday 30 May 2013. Friday I submitted all outstanding documents personally to The saleman. I was told that the car was a
To be collected at the depot in Boksburg. It was arranged for the car to have smash &; grab etc. The car was to be collected on Monday. Today I received a call that I cannot get the vehicle at that special price and the system does not allow to invoice. The special was only for the month of may. This service is totally unacceptable. It does not become my problem because I ordered the car while the special was running. The salesman did not inform me that the special ends end of the month. I personally think your service is pathetic and disgusting. It does not become my problem if the person responsible slipped up with misinformation. This could have being avoided if the right procedures was done before month end by the salesman. Your service. This deal could have being invoiced before the special was over. Hyundai airport catch a wake up. Your customer service needs attention. I'm very disappointed and angry. I'm disgusted with your service.
