Very dissatisfied

We live in Phalaborwa and purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. The sales person promised me that the car has been through the workshop and everything is fine. After delivery of the vehicle, we found oil leaks, water leaks and one of the electric windows didn't work and were held in place with fishing line and tape. This tells me that the vehicle wasn't for all the"checks" as promised. They said that we could send them quotations and they would pay to fix it, but the quotations was VERY expensive so we took the vehicle down to Nelspruit to be fixed by their workshop (which would save them a lot of money). They said it would take 10days so they gave us an EMPTY replacement vehicle, to drive back with. When we collected our vehicle after 3 weeks they gave us one tank of fuel, after we had to ask for it, the manager promised he will speak to his manager to refund the rest of the fuel costs. After phoning numerous times, the only response he could give was that the ONE tank they gave us, must be good enough. Its ridiculous!! Phalaborwa is 3hrs drive from Nelspruit and we had to carry the costs for their faults!! They also promised to courier the service book, still waiting for it!!
