Issues with delivery, bad service& billing

UPS is a waste of time! It was moving so smoothly coming from the US and as soon as it arrived in South Africa the wheels fell off. Spoke to a lady on Thursday10/01 who guaranteed me that my package will arrive on Friday as it wasnot picked up from the warehouse! Making an excuse that no one was at home on the day, which is an outright lie! Ten minutes prior to UPS close of business Friday 11/01 I received an e mail stating that "THE RECEIVER REQUESTED THAT UPS DELAY THIS DELIVERY", now I have never received a single phone call from UPS, so where do they get such an instruction? No contact was made with me-the client- and further information was not required on the phone on Thursday either, yet an hour after the falsified information e mail on Friday11/01 I received yet another one stating "THE RECEIVER'S ADDRESS IS INCOMPLETE."the address was clearly indicated in the order form! SIX days later i receive the package @ the wrong address (@work), my company has an account with UPS and someone decided to ADD an additional charge to my delivery and bill it to my company NOT me the Individual, even after the requested amount was paid up on the day the order was made! Shocking experiance
