17 Dec-We went to check on the vehicle, no work done on it, escallated the matter to Herman. Was promised he will get the car back tomorrow
18 Dec-got a call to come and collect the vehicle
19 Dec-Car collected, paid R14, 900 for the service rendered (full service and timing belt replaced)

3 Jan-Car broke down on N14 from JHB to MP (meaning that the service done on the vehicle by Delta, which cost us R15k, only lasted 14 days)
4 Jan-Car towed back into GM's workshop
6 Jan-went into GM's workshop to enquire about the vehicle, no work was done on the car
7 Jan-No feedback received, called the workshop, spoke to Thabo, who referred us to Judy. Judy was not answering her phone. We called and asked for the Manager and was referred to Rudy, who promised to revert to us the next day.
8 Jan-We called at 11:45 and were promised to be called back soon. We called (2:36pm) and spoke to Rudy who told us that the whole engine is damaged as the car was either being ravved by the driver or inferior products was used to fix the car
