I had purchased a secondhand Man Diesel (tipper) in June 2012.This truck was sold to me & promised to be in good running order. The CUR was done by NMI. when i collected the vehicle and used it, I found a number of faults and immediately notified the sales man in NMI who promised to have these faults sorted out. I had taken the truck to NMI for them to sort these faults out, this was done 4 times. this vehicle went back & forth which costed me 7 weeks of work and still these faults were not sorted out. Eventually in December i had to sort these faults on my own at my own cost and i think its unfair for NMi to expect me to bear these costs, when they assured me that they will have them sorted out. i feel NMI should compensate me for these repairs. The major fault on this vehicle is the oil leak which NMI promised to sort out but yet again they failed to keep to their promise and 6 months have passed. Further to their terrible service they have registered this vehicle incorrectly and again promised to have this resolved but nothing has been as yet. i am sick and tired of their empty promises. the sales man avoids my calls and never calls me regarding these problems.
