I bought a Zotye 2010 in Aug 2012. A month after I took delivery, the car started giving me probl
ems. After that I keep on giving me problems, took car to workshop for repairs 5 time and even after that I wasn't happy because car wasn't fixed yet. I got stuck with this car while I was 9 nonths pregnant and yet dealer principle told me the faults on the car wasn't live threatening. In this time I dealt with sales and workshop manager who tried to assist. After 5 times I got tired I decided to complain in hellopeter to get a response, the customer care lady called me and left case in hands of dealer principle so nothing case from that. I then laid a formal complaint with the national Consumer commission, Dealer requested I took vehicle to AA to get a report on faults which I did and paid with my money. Dealer promised to pay half, I'm still waiting on my money. Now after all of that dealer now still refuse to take car back or settle my acc or trade in car. I was willing to negotiate, but dealer not prepared, he now wants to repair car again for the 6th time. Not sure if the 6th time will make a difference. All I can say is please be careful when buying a car from Imperial Select.
