Over promise under deliver - POOR service delivery

Good day,

We purchased a vehicle from Imperial Select- Themba Mahlanga (rep) in Dec. Since we were paying for the car cash, We made payment and car was promised the next day. Three days later Themba had (again) promised to deliver the vehicle at 10AM. At 9:50, I called to find out if he was on the way to find him asking if there was an engine problem. There was not! He had my papers for my trade in vehicle for weeks before that, and I find it completely unacceptable that 10 minutes prior to his promised delivery time, appeared that he had not even looked at the paperwork for the deal. This matter then got escalated to Elmerie, who was standing in for Jorrie (sales manager) and was so apologetic and had to begin the entire process from start to finish.

On delivery, it was noted that a cable connecting an ipod to the car stereo was missing, Themba promised to deliver when he dropped off new license plates (18 Dec). He didn't bring them. He again promised a driver would deliver the cable the next day 19 Dec, once again promise unkept. I emailed Jorrie (Sales manager) on 21 Dec about this and have still not heard back from him.

Very disappointed customer.
