In February 2013 my daughter took her car in to Kia Pinetown for a service. She told them to look at her faulty cigarette lighter and radio that was not working. They told her they could not fix her radio as they had not fitted it. (They actually had!) and that they would have to order a new cigarette lighter. They promised to phone when it arrived. 6 Weeks later I went in there and nobody knew anything about ordering the part! They re-ordered it and when I phoned to query it last week they promised the part had arrived. (That is after being transferred from department to department as nobody knew what was going on!) My husband went in to collect the part today and of course it was not there!! What a rude bunch of incompetent staff members working at Kia Pinetown. Of course nobody would give their names, so we will blame everyone, including the Dealer Principal! This appalling service started from the day we bought the car and has got worse ever since. I will never deal with Kia Pinetown again!!
