I went to Pinetown (KZN), FNB on 29 Nov, to make arrangements for EFT as my card has a daily limit.
What a headache Pinetown FNB was, no one seemed to know what they were doing. It took me about 2 hours to sort it out.
Doesn't Pinetown FNB train their staff? The service delivery at Pinetown FNB is shocking in comparison to Kloof FNB.
Yesterday, I returned a call to FNB department (0875774162) etc about using my card etc. I spoke to them explained, all sorted out. Today, (30 Nov) when ever I swipe my card, the FNB department phones...
What is going on? Time to change banks I think...
