Pathetic customer service and care

I bought a car with KIA motors Pinetown in November 2011, May 2013 my car keys just broke, I reported it at KIA and I was told that a warranty claim was placed for me, I waited for a long time and when I try to contact them about the progress it was either I don't get hold of the person who helped me or I was told to wait, again in July 2013 I brought this up when I took my car for service there, this time I was helped by a different person who promised me to get my new keys within a week so she took my broken key so she can put a claim, in December 2013 I complained at their head office so they contacted me at KIA Pinetown, they promised they will found out what happened with the claim, apparently the person who helped me left the company so now they telling me that they can not help me because they can not find the broken key and the person left, now I'm left with this problem and I am not prepared to pay for their mistakes. And this is just one of many frustrations I have to face when dealing with KIA Pinetown.
