I bought a car from BMW Randburg, the service was great, but the after sales has been a shocker of note. I have refered my mater to the manager there after being ignored by his staff blatantly. He responded very quickly and informed me someone would contact me from head office, I am still waiting till today.
I have been with BMW for the last two years already, and this car that I just got for my sister, I just want to return because the service has been shocking.

I am so disappointed and looking for someone senior at head office... maybe they will attend to my matter of being misinformed by both the sales guys and the financial officer at the branch.
