Guys when you want to buy a car from a dealer make sure you read the fine print. i bought a car in 2008 from vw Roodepoort the salesmen was Stephen de bryn now working in Pinetown vw and the lady in back office working for Westbank Tacy now at constantia branch jhb. when i bought the car the salesman sweet talk you so that you trust him and i knew him as i bought my first car a velocity, i bought a polo 1.4 trendline from him and i told him i dont want to buy a car on a balloon payment so he for sure me this will be a strait deal with no balloon payment, tracy very rude cant beleive she still work on behalf of vw and Westbank told me on a recorded line i should have read before i sign, so i said to her was it not her job to discuss this with me and she said its 5 years later i cant do anything and she put the phone down, so please be aware of her she is obviously getting money out of this.
i called Stephen in Pinetown told him why did he not inform me that he sold the car to me on a balloon payment so he said he never (i got the recording) i must speak to tracy. i tried to call stephen many times i left a message for him to call me to resolve this but he ignore my phone calls.
