Peugeot South Africa
Peugeot 307

My name is Terence

I bought a slave cylinder from Peugeot Pinetown in May 2013, the part lasted 65kms in my car before breaking. On returning my car to my mechanic he told me that the slave cylinder was at fault. I then contacted
Bossie at the Pinetown branch who told me i can return the part and that it would take 4 to 6 weeks for head office to do their tests and issue a refund.i told him that i need a replacement cylinder as my car is standing he then informed me that i should purchase a new one and then i would get a refund. I was left with no choice as i needed my car for work.i paid for the part via eft as i stay 320km from pinetown.they shipped the part to me which i had to pay the courier fees aswell which i find to be cheap on thieir part. I have been in contact with Robert from the parts department to get updates as they do not get back to thier clients.i was then told in the begining of December that they want an invoice from my mechanic who changed the part.he was closed up untill the 7th of January 2014.i sent Robert a copy and was told he will let me know when head office have finished the tests on the faulty part. I want my money!!! no more excuses!!!
