I took my car for a complete wash on Saturday and the guy asked me if the dashboards must be polished. I told him that according to my knowledge if you do a full-house then you definately have to polish the dashboards. What kind of a question was that anyway from someone who knows his job.
Well he did a very shady job trying to clean my car as only tyres were shinning and the body seemed like it was just wiped. I complained about the interior especially the carpets that were in the same condition that they were when I took the car in. He said he cannot brush the carpets as they are only allowed to vacuum and nothing more. Seemingly the vacuum did not do a good job as the carpets were absolutely dirty. He refered me to his manager who told me the same story.
Very strange for them to tell me such garbage because I always use Total garage at Malibongwe and they always use a brush or even wash the carpets if they are dirty. And I am always satisfied. Apart from that the guy was busy playing my cd as he was washing the car and he scratched it. He pinched my new shoe into the chair while cleaning the boot and now the skin is peeled. So much for disgusting service.
