After reading all the complaints regarding this courier company, I was not expecting to receive my FNB credit card today as they promised. The call centre was also not very helpful and the lady did not even speak proper English.
I was so surprised when the gentleman was only 20 minutes late today to deliver my card. He was SO friendly and pleasant. Thank you for your great service, your call centre can learn a thing or two from you! You have exceeded my expectations, thank you for delivering my card on the day that was promised! I am not sure about the gentleman's name, I think it is N (M) evison, sorry I am not sure about the handwriting on my POD.
