I bought a Groupon Voucher for the cleaning of 2 rooms from Rescue Carpets on the 31 July 2013. I then booked to have the carpets cleaned on the 01 Sep 13. On the Sunday, the carpet company called to cancel for Monday 02 Sep 13. On Monday, the guy from the office called to say that the voucher I had purchased does not include the shampoo, and that I would have to pay in extra for the shampoo, which was not mentioned when I initially bought the voucher.
The guy who was supposed to wash the carpets did not pitch, and I am now stuck with a voucher and dirty carpets.
