Bought a groupon voucher for steam cleaning of 5 bedrooms for R270.00 Upon arriving Moses surveyed the carpets and was swift to mention that Groupon was just a marketing ploy and what my carpets actually needed was a proper shampoo wash. What actually needed a wash was his body and his festering mouth which smelt like a thousand camels had crawled into and died. I had recently had my carpets done, but just wanted them freshened up, but was intrigued to see what he would quote. After doing some eye rolling and heavy breathing mathematics he threw out a special rate for me - R1400. I told him he was mad, because I could rent a carpet cleaning machine for R300 and get someone for an additional R200 and have them for the whole day. His response was R700 and when I told him I wasn't interested he replied - well how much will you give me. At this stage the only thing he was going to get from me was tongue lashing. I told him to do the work I paid for, which as it transpires was only cleaning high traffic areas. Forget moving furniture around - they were done within half an hour and left without so much as a thank you or good bye. USELESS, UNPROFESSIONAL AND DEVOID OF BASIC HYGIENE!!
