I should have done it myself

I spoke to M&R Carpets two weeks ago w.r.t Persian carpets.
They assured me that they have more than 20 years experience and specialise in Persian carpet cleaning.

They cleaned my two carpets when I was at work and on my arrival I was very unhappy with the outcome. The carpets were still dirty and the one corner was pulled leaving the carpet out of shape.

I contacted them the following day and delivered the carpets to their premises for proper cleaning.
I pointed out the corner and dirt marks so that they were aware of what the exact problems were.

Today, a week later, I collected the carpets. Once again extremely disappointed!
It doesn't seem as if it has been cleaned at all.

I mentioned that Dry Foam left my carpets cleaner in the past.
They said that's the reason why they couldn't get my carpets clean.

Simple internet searches reveal that this is not true:
Because foam cleaning uses a foam detergent that is later vacuumed, there is always some residue left behind. After several cleanings, this residue will have to be cleaned up with a steam cleaner, which leaves no residue.

I decided to take my carpets before any further damage was done.
