Wrong Registration of Ca

I bought a car in Nov last year, from Ryno Constantia kloof. I gave them everything as it should be. When i received a fine in the post it was on my maiden name. Previously it was on my Married name. I phoned Ryno to ask they have to change it. He said it happens if you buy a new car. This is my freak-en 3rd car... I also said i have to go to the licence department to change it. I didn't do the mistake in the first place and secondly the ques are forever long and thirdly i have to take a days unpaid leave because on my job we have to plan leave. I insist that they do it as the mistake came from them.
