Sloppy Customer Service

Last week 4 Dec I was at ABSA regarding the wrong banking fees that has been deducted from my student account. I resent proof that I am a registered student to Emmalene while at the teller seeing that they did not have this info on their system. Ryno also came to assist. I then filled in a form for the amounts that was deducted wrongly. On the 5th of Dec I sent another email to Emmalene with more proof of my registration. Yesterday 11 Dec I went back to ABSA seeing that I did not get any feedback. Emmalene said she had some problems with her emails last Tuesday. She then found my email and called Ryno again. Ryno then checked something on her computer, standing with his hand in his pocket quite relaxed and then took down my number and said he will call me while walking away. I than called him back and asked him when he will phone me and he replied "this afternoon". Emmalene then phoned me 1st that afternoon and when I asked why Ryno is not phoning me, she replied and asked " I don't mean to be funny but who would you prefer calling you? " I don't know what her intention with this statement was but this customer service I am receiving is shocking! I will be moving my acc.
