I booked my phone in with Ryno Wooding, Samsung Century City, on 20-12-2013 with copies of the required proof of purchase and Vodacom job card from previous handset problems. Ryno informed me that the SLA was 10 working days. On 02-01-2014 Ryno emails me requesting the documents which I provided to them again that night via email. On 03-01-2013 I called and asked Ryno how long the process would take from here and he informed me 10 working days again. I asked what happened to my request since 20-12-2013 and he said he was merely requesting the documents as requested by his GM, Riaan Burger. Ryno had a casual don't care attitude about the fact that nothing had been done since 20-12-2013 and merely passed the buck. I called JHB CC and spoke to Thabo Ledwaba, who was dismissed by Riaan Burger saying that there was a misunderstanding between me & Ryno without speaking to me to ascertain what had transpired. I left messages for Riaan to call me to no avail. On my last call I was informed he was very busy and would call me later.
