A unfortunate complain

Dealing with a sales person Jacques from Hyundai Constantia Kloof. I have experienced the worst service ever. First of all Jacques does not like to keep client informed of the progress and process of purchasing a pre-owed vehicle. For I had to email and phone Jacques about the purchase of the vehicle all the time. We made a appointment for me to collect the vehicle on Wednesday 23.10.2013. After email Jacques again in the morning to find out what time I can collect the vehicle I again did not get a response. So I phoned him AGAIN! Jacques then told me i can collect the vehicle at 13:00. About 12:25 Jacques phoned me and told me the bank is offline he cant get the contract from them. I phoned MCF and they advised me that there is no system Issue. I spoke to Ryno from Hyundai Constantia Kloof and he advised me that it is there systems that is offline. Jacques failed to mention that to me when I phoned him in the morning. Ive been asking Jacques now for 3 days to provide me with a engine and Vin number so I can give the information to my insurance up and till this point I have not received the information i requested. From a Clients point this a waist of TIME and MONEY.
