Phoned Ryno twice. 27/11/2013 and 28/11/2013. left voicemail twice. no reply. went in to branch 30/11/2013. Ryno on lunch. colleague cant help. left message with colleague who put on system. no reply. Complained in past to Manager Noleen.
Problem.
on Tuesday 26/11/2013 daughter's cell phone blocked. sms - credit limit reached. 4 hours later sms - mistake on mtn part.. cell phone reconnected. daughter was stranded in town with no phone connection.
second time mistake on account. previously overcharged. when investigated, on mtn side. how many other mistakes.
