Bad Service and even worse quality control

To whom it may concern,

I recently purchased a demo model hyundai veloster from the constantia kloof branch in roodepoort.

The post sales service was horrendous, delays in registration, licence disc and service booklet.

To my dismay, upon arriving in cape town last week my brother noticed that a wheel was slightly damaged.

Today I took to vehicle to tyger wheel and tyre, to discover to my horror that there was not one but 3 of my wheels that where damaged and the mags where warped.

After spending 10k to replace all four tyres it was also discovered that one of the tyres had been repaired. Needless to say i was shocked. Clearly Hyundai Constantia Kloof sold the vehicle to me damaged, and a proper "150" point inspection clearly wasnt done correctly! Not only did they let me leave the showroom with 3 damaged tyres, 2 warped mags, 1 faulty interior speaker, but the airbag sensor module is also faulty!

Now i am 10k out of pocket, on a car i got 3 weeks ago! I demand acknowledgement and recourse on this as clearly the dealership knew of these issues and still sold it to me! I drove to cape town in a car that would have mostly likely taken my life...
