I sent my parcel to Sa Post office in Kempton park on the 16.05.13to be delivered to nelspruit, on the door of the recipient but unfortunately I had no Brown box, because I was suppose to come with one so there and there I decided to change the form of packaging to speed services which it was sent on it, tracking number is TC171944624ZA, but unfortunately when it got to nelspruit it was empty. What was inside was no longer thereand I don't understand how did that happen, ...please look into this matter urgently and a response will be much appreciated... isn't good for any business especially like this one.
