SPEED SERVICES - STRIKING

I needed an overnight delivery made via the Speed Services only to find out a day later when my customer went to fetch his parcel that the post offices and speed services are striking. When i called the post office in florida, i was told that the parcel is with them, and they were told not to turn any customers away and thats why they are not telling their customers about the strike. I asked for a refund and was told that i need to claim it from speed services. Speed Services say i need to fill in a claim form and the refund could take up to 14 days.

Its no more about SERVICE DELIVERY, its all about making money.
