i saw a car for sale on olx (bmw 120 auto 2005) and got in contact with the people from the ad, where william send me the application form for in-house finance and was approved! so they told me to give a deposit once i made the deposit they told me the car will be here on saturday 11/05/2013 at 11h00 so saturday came and passed and still no car or any news frm william, when i tried to call him his phone just went to voice mail. when i spoke to his manager on monday 13/05/2013 he told me they where busy can couldnt deliver the car, so i asked for my deposit back. he told me its fine they will give me my deposit back the next day. its the 17/05/2013 today and still no car or deposit.
i would really appreciate it if i can get my money back bec Ritchie bros auctioneers are artists. and I warn everyone against them DO NOT TRUST THEM AND DO NOT BUY CARS FROM THEM ITS A!!!
i spoke to fnb to reverse the trasaction and give my money back but it was to late the money where already been withdrawn drom the account and there is no other way to get my money back.
