On the 5th of January 2013 I sent a parcel from Kempton Park to my sister in Kroonstad.By the 14th January 2013 the parcel was still not delivered to my sister. We tracked the parcel and the last scan said it was in Welkom.
I was informed by the post office that my parcel was and they gave me a claim form which I completed and sent to Speed Services.By the 20th January I sent a email to find out what they are doing regarding this situation. I was referred to Walter Makgoba by Thabo Motloung per email. Apparently they did not receive the claim form which I then scanned and sent per email.
Since then I have not heard ANYTHING from Speed Services and my emails are being ignored. It is now 22 March 2013, 2 months from my claim being sent in, and I am really frustrated with the BAD SERVICE and the fact that my parcel was.
Can they not at least let me know what they are doing about this??
