I purchased an item on bid or buy, the seller dispatched it early on the Monday morning and gave me the tracking number from speed services couriers who work through the post office. the parcel has been tracked on the 11th February as being is the CAPE MAIL HUB. today is the 15th and there is no movement since. i have sent numerous e-mais to Speed Servuces Couriers and the SAPO asking where my parcel is. I went to the post office personally yesterday and they tell me that the parcel is stiLl in CAPE TOWN... They use the same track and trace as I am using online... so they are u nable to tel me where my parcel is. I can live with a delay of some reason of other but to be IGNORED AS IF I DONT EXIST is totally inexcusable - Hope i get a reply from this
