Price quoted for service telephonically was not the price quoted when I took my car in. It was more than R 1000 then what I expected to pay. I raised concerns and they said they would see what they could do. My husband contacted them and told them not do the pollen filter, which they proceeded and charged us. We contacted the service manager, he assured me I would be refunded it is a small amount but it my money and not theirs to keep. I have sent numerous emails to them to only receive apologies and and say that it would attend to and to date nothing. Please can someone arrange my refund.
