First National Bank
Shocking, rude behaviour!

In April 2013 my husband and I decided to change banks and opened new credit and cheque accounts with FNB telephonically and was told the cards would be couriered to us within 5 - 10 working days. Since my husband is not at a specific address during working hours, he arranged for the cards to be delivered to my work address and was told to write a letter giving me permission to receive the cards on his behalf.
When the driver delivered the first card for the cheque account, I provided the letter, a copy of both our ID's and proof of address but the driver said my husband needs to sign himself... which was impossible since he's on the road all day and we informed FNB about this on opening the accounts.
The driver, Mr Monwabisi Ngozi, then phone his office and they put him through to my husband and he just said he can't deliver the card unless he signs for it. After the call he said to me: "No man, you're with me", so I said: "Excuse me? " and he said it again and he has other deliveries to do.
How ironic since FNB and CCD couriers are screwing us around! I find this very unprofessional to say the least!
I wonder what 'Steve' would say about this!
